HITN is marking the seventh anniversary of Edye, a preschool content platform aimed at Hispanic families in the United States and Latin America.
Launched in 2019, Edye offers curated programming developed with input from child development experts, emphasizing safe, structured storytelling over algorithm-driven content. The platform has positioned itself as an alternative for families seeking controlled and educational viewing environments.
“After seven years, we continue to believe that good stories, memorable characters, and shared imagination are the best way to accompany children’s development,” said Erika Vogt-Lowell, vice president of content at HITN.
To mark the anniversary, the platform has added new series such as Las canciones de Plim Plim, Vera and the Rainbow Kingdom and Unicorn Academy, alongside established titles including Paw Patrol Pup Tales, Care Bears, The Smurfs and Pocoyo. It also continues to offer original programming focused on emotional learning and language development.
HITN said it remains focused on creating shared experiences that support children’s development and strengthen family connections, to educate and entertain.
