HITN President & CEO Michael D. Nieves, an enthusiastic supporter of the Quebradillas Baseball Organization, and an active churchgoer in Brooklyn’s Bushwick community, has invested in the well-being of the neighborhood’s children, where he grew up. Mr. Nieves was chosen as the Grand Marshal for the Quebradillas Baseball Organization’s 16th Annual Opening Day Parade. HITN continues to support the great work of the Quebradillas Baseball Organization through sponsoring teams, donations for the organization’s Christmas toy drive and their yearly fundraising dance.
The Quebradillas Baseball Organization founded 16 years ago, is a non-for profit which serves children ages 4-12 in the Bushwick community. Their goals are to help children to learn more on sportsmanship and build confidence during the summer in a safe, fun and productive manner along with their families and friends.
