The Telly Awards, the premier honors program recognizing excellence in video and television across all screens, has announced this year’s winners. Among them is HITN’s Tú Cuentas Cine Youth Fest (TCCYF), which received seven awards across multiple categories.

2024 Tú Cuentas Cine Youth Fest Award Show

The success of the festival is attributed to the leadership of co-directors L. Alejandro Molina and Cynthia Rivera, who have played a key role in building a production team that brings together young Hispanic creatives to share their stories with a broader audience.
“Our TCCYF initiative is becoming a reference point within the Hispanic creative community, and we couldn’t be prouder,” said Michael D. Nieves, President and CEO of HITN. “Its impact reflects HITN’s mission to educate and entertain. Our youth need outlets like this to inspire creativity and provide a platform for their voices to be heard.”
The 46th Annual Telly Awards celebrated storytelling in all its forms, accepting submissions that combined traditional techniques with new formats. Winners included a wide range of creators, from brand storytellers and social media innovators to television veterans and independent artists.
HITN’s ¡Tú Cuentas! Film Festival continues to support inclusive storytelling by empowering underrepresented communities to share their perspectives and experiences on a global stage.
