HITN announced that Edye has added the children’s program Plim Plim Songs to its content catalog. The partnership reinforces both brands’ commitment to delivering safe, educational, and culturally relevant programming for young children and their families.
The series’ episodes, available in Spanish and Portuguese, feature songs and melodies designed to promote positive values and healthy habits, as well as social interaction and emotional and cognitive development in preschool-aged children.
“At Edye, we are constantly seeking content that educates, inspires, and reflects our culture,” said Erika Vogt-Lowell, Vice President of Content and Strategy at HITN. “The addition of Plim Plim Songs strengthens our mission to support families with meaningful, fun learning experiences that align with the values parents want for their children.”
Guillermo Pino, creator of Plim Plim, highlighted the importance of the collaboration. “Joining Edye is a very important step in continuing to bring Plim Plim to more families across different territories, within a space that shares our vision of children’s entertainment: content that educates, cares, and conveys values. We strongly believe in the power of music and storytelling to support children’s growth,” he said.
With this addition, Edye strengthens its position in the children’s category by offering a trusted platform where entertainment and education work hand in hand. Meanwhile, Plim Plim remains the number one Spanish-language children’s channel and continues to expand its global reach, reinforcing its growth strategy on platforms that prioritize quality and safety.
Edye is a brand of HITN, a U.S.-based nonprofit organization dedicated to improving the lives of communities using cutting-edge technologies in its programming.
