Advance voting has already begun this week in a few of our states. How do the Electoral College system, advance voting, absentee
voting, and additional alternative voting procedures function and
how they might affect the race and the election? Consequently,
how does this affect the campaigns’ ongoing race in "swing”
or "battleground” states?
